Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Keepory website and your purchase of any product from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

Keepory pieces are made to order and personalised by hand using a photo you provide. Because of this, small variations in the projected image are part of the handmade nature of the product, not a fault.

Your Photo

When you submit a photo to us, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to use that photo solely to create your Keepory piece. We don't use your photo for marketing or share it with anyone outside of fulfilling your order, unless you tell us otherwise.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are charged at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Returns and our 30-day promise are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keepory's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
