Refund policy

We want you to love your Keepory.

 

Damaged or faulty: If your piece arrives damaged, or the projection isn't right, email us within 30 days at hello@keepory.co with a photo and we'll remake it or refund you in full.

 

Personalised items: Because each Keepory is custom-made with your photo, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We hope our photo tips and our pre-order photo check help make your keepsake perfect the first time.

 

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.
